To identify workplace risk, you can ask very similar questions:
- Where are we vulnerable?
- What could go wrong?
- How could we fail?
- What must go right for us to succeed?
- What do we need to protect?
- What information do we rely on most?
- What rules and laws apply?
- Where can we get in the most trouble?
- What is the public perception of this situation?
- Are you meeting your customer's needs and expectations?
- Are your processes inefficient and wasting resources?
