Chapter 2: Finding Risks - Visitors


Since risks are everywhere, to find them you have to look in both the obvious and not so obvious places. Use the image shown to help you identify the possible risks in the following scenario:

Laurel and Tom work at the Ballston Spa Motor Vehicles office. Laurel has been there a long time and Tom frequently comes to her when he has questions.
