Suspicious Activity: Vehicles

Suspicious vehicles are those that :

Are illegally parked, especially close to agency facilities or infrastructure such as bridges, tunnels, dams or construction sites
Show signs of tampering or forced entry
Are visibly overloaded or sagging
Have missing or altered license plates
Follow or "shadow" agency trucks
Attempt to drive through security gates behind agency or contractor vehicles
Are observed by various employees in different locations

Vehicles have and can be used as bombs.
