Chapter 2: Where Do Risks Exist?

Risks are everywhere! You come across them daily. Think back to the last time you prepared a recipe for the first time or grilled food; these tasks have risks. To help you identify them, ask yourself the following questions:

• What could go wrong?
• What must go right?
• Where am I vulnerable?
• How can I prevent the risks?
