The workplace violence incident report must be maintained for use in the annual program review and update.
The agency, with participation of the Authorized Employee Representative (AER), must conduct a review of the workplace violence incident reports at least annually to identify trends in the types of incidents in the workplace and review the effectiveness of the mitigating actions taken.
Incident Reports, and other records pertaining to incidents of workplace violence, will be used to review and monitor workplace violence prevention efforts, determine if the program is working and assess whether there are ways to improve.
